The SEC is an ideal audience to promote your business product, service or program.

Exhibition tables are available for $50 (includes a 6′ table and 1 conference pass).

Set-up: We encourage exhibitors to set up between 8 to 9 am to maximize interaction with attendees. Presentations will start at 9 am. We request that exhibitors not set up during the presentations unless the displays are simple and easy to set up with minimal noise.

Exhibition Breaks: 10:30 to 10:45, 11:45 to 12:30 (lunch), 2:15 to 2:30 and (optionally) 4:30 to 5:30. The Exhibition Area will be open for the full length of the Conference for attendees to explore, but given the proximity to the audience seating area, we would appreciate limited conversation during the presentations.

Take-down: 4:30, though we encourage exhibitors to stay for the Networking Reception between 4:30 and 5:30. The facility must be completely cleaned up by 6 pm.
